NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior/Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2101-MF-000016, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT SENIOR/SUBORDINATE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE TRUST 1999-6 was Plaintiff, and Dean A. Stillwell, et al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of July, 2021, at the hour of 1:30 P.M, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 W. Strawberry Road, Rockville, in Parke County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Lots Number Eighty-seven (87) and Eighty-nine (89) in Westwood Estates, Second Addition to the Town of Rockville, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 46, in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.
