NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2011-MF-000367, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for REO Trust 2017-RPL1 was Plaintiff, and Roger Crowder, Dawn Crowder, Town of Rockville, and Wells Fargo USA Holdings, Inc., successor by merger with Wells Fargo Financial Indiana, Inc. were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 20th day of May, 2021, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Parke County Sheriff Department, 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana:
