Cecil Williams, Jr.

Cecil Williams Jr., passed away surrounded by his family March 12, 2021. He was born August 13, 1938 in Tuscola, Illinois to the late Cecil and Margaret (Biggs) Williams. The family moved to a farm near Marshall, in the early 1950’s. A Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m.  Saturday, April 24, at Waveland Christians in Action, 212 W. Main Street, Waveland, with Pastor Rodney Coffman officiating. Cecil will be laid to rest by his family in Bethany Cemetery.
