NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Notice is hereby given by the Board of School Trustees, North Central Parke Community School Corporation, Rockville, Indiana shall receive quotes from experienced and eligible contractors at the North Central Parke Community Schools Administration Office located at 602 Howard Avenue, Rockville, Indiana 47872, until 10:00 am on Wednesday April 14, 2021 for:

Roofing at Rockville Elementary School for:

North Central Parke Community School Corporation

Proposal shall include all labor, materials and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with specifications. All submitted quotes will be opened publicly and read immediately after the 10:00 a.m. submission time at the North Central Parke School Corporation Administration Office located at 602 Howard Avenue, Rockville, Indiana 47872.

Complete Specifications for this work will need to be obtained via a scheduled walk through with Mr. Ashley Overpeck, Director of Maintenance, and can be scheduled by calling 765-569-4180.

The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularities in the bidding.
