TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2001-MF-000038 wherein First Financial Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Ralph W. Dennison Jr. and Mona J. Dennison, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on May 20, 2021, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

Lots Numbered Sixty (60) and Sixty-one (61) in Alfred Hobson Addition to the Town of Marshall.

More commonly known as: 109 S. Church Street, Marshall, Indiana 47859 Parcel No. 61-07-09-401-051.000-021

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
