NOTICE OF INTENT

Duke Energy (1000 E. Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana 46168) is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirement under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the removal and replacement of structures along an existing electric transmission line right-of-way in Parke County, Indiana, centrally located at 39.781731, -87.306658. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Rocky Run.
