William F. “Bill” Richardson, 83, of Rockville, passed away at 8:08 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Memorial services will be held at the Nyesville Full Gospel Fellowship Church at a later date with Pastor Gene Walls officiating.
