TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, INDIANA
WHEREAS, a petition for Rezoning of the Real Estate located at 403 W. Ohio Street Rockville, IN 47872, was filed on December 7, 2020 and heard by the Rockville Board of Zoning and Appeals on November 29, 2020; and
WHEREAS, as a result of said hearing the Rockville Board of Zoning and Appeals has recommended that a variance of use be granted in favor of petitioners Gary Lynk and Jessica Lynk in lieu of granting a Petition to Rezone said property; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Rockville, Indiana, that upon passage of this ordinance, due publication of this notice as required by I.C. 5-3-1, and in compliance with the requirements of I.C. 36-7-4 that:
a variance of use shall be granted in the name of Gary Lynk and Jessica Lynk in regards to the property located at 403 W. Ohio Street in the Town of Rockville, Indiana. That the Rockville Town Council hereby adopts the findings from the Rockville Board of Zoning and Appeals recommending a variance from use be granted allowing for use of the property as a financial investment office location, i.e. an Edward Jones office, instead of meeting the requirements of said property being zoned for Residential use only.
