ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE

Notice is hereby given that, on October 14, 2020,  Teresa Williams was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Esther L. Liddle, deceased, who died on June 24, 2020, and authorized to administer said estate without court supervision.

All persons having claims against the estate, whether or not now due, must file their claim at the Office of the Clerk of the Parke Circuit Court, 116 West High Street, Room 204, Rockville, IN 47872, within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claim will be forever barred.
