Vickie Longnecker Chears, 59, of Rockville, passed away at 7:29 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2020, in her residence.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, September 15, at the Rockville Cemetery with Pastor Paula Mayberry officiating. Burial followed.
