Notice to The Town of Rockville Utility Customers who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers will have the option to make payment arrangements.

There is a scheduled disconnect day on September 28, 2020. If payment arrangements have not been made, your utilities will be disconnected.

Explanation of the payment arrangements are as follows:

*One half (1/2) of the past due utility balance is due on or before the designated disconnect date of 9/28/2020

*The remaining balance will be divided into six (6) monthly payments

*The utility customer is responsible for paying their current monthly bill AS WELL AS their arranged payment on or before the designated disconnect dates

If customers are unable to keep this arrangement, the Town of Rockville Utility Office will be disconnecting utilities.

Please visit the Town Hall BEFORE 9/25/2020 and fill out the payment arrangement form
