AMENDED NOTICE OF

QUIET TITLE ACTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiffs in this action, Michael Hesler and Sheryl Hesler, have files a Complaint to Quiet Title against the Defendants in the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, together with an Affidavit stating that the Defendants are persons who may claim an interest in the subject real estate; that information about other persons and/or entities who may claim an interest in the real estate is unknown; and that the Plaintiffs claim full and complete right and title in the real estate and intends to quiet title to the real estate through these proceedings.

The real estate that is the subject of this action is located at S. of Keep Ln & W of PF Russell Ridge Dr., Rockville, Parke County, Indiana, and is described as follows:

All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Parke, State of Indiana, being more particularly described as follows:

Lot Number 33 in the Whalen Acres Second Addition and being a part of Whalen Acres Lot (13) in the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 15 North, Range 6 Wet, Parke County, Indiana.

The Defendants and any other person or entity claiming an interest in the real estate must appear or otherwise respond to the Plaintiffs’ Complaint in writing on or before twenty (20) days after publication of this notice. Failure to do so may result in a judgement being entered against them upon their default for the relief that the Plaintiffs have demanded. The Complaint will be heard and decided on a date set by the Court.
