William Lee Prather, 84, of Rockville, passed away at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2020, at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 2, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville, with Pastor Keith B. McIntyre officiating.
