NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Southwest Parke Community School Corporation seeks bids for construction of a parking lot at 517 East Strawberry Road, Montezuma, IN. The bid is to include all costs related to permit acquisition/management and completing all elements as noted in the scope of work detailed in the engineering specifications. Bid packets/specifications may be picked up at our Central Office located at 4851 South Coxville Road, Montezuma, Indiana between the hours of 8:30am – 3:00pm (M-Th) and 8:30am – 11:30am (F). You may also email your request for a bid packet to the Superintendent at harrisonp@swparke.k12.in.us.

For consideration, please submit a written bid as identified above and proof of proper license, insurance, and bond for such work to:

Bids will be opened on Wednesday, July 1 at 10 AM at the Corporation Office located at the above address. Only bids received by the time of opening will receive consideration.

The Southwest Parke Community School Corporation retains the right to accept or reject any quote received.
