NOTICE OF SUIT SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO:  Glenda M. Davidson

 

Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Parke Circuit Court against the above-named Defendant. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendant, Glenda M. Davidson upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:

 

Twenty-one feet (21) off the West side of Lot Numbered Two (2) in McCune’s Addition to the Town of Rockville, Parke County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded March 20, 1896, in Plat Book 1, page 246, in the office of the Recorder of Parke County,  Indiana.

 

ALSO, Twenty-nine (29) feet off of the East side of Lot Numbered Three (3) in McCune’s Addition to the Town of Rockville, Parke County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded March 20, 1896, in Plat Book 1, page 246, in the office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.

 

EXCEPT, beginning Fifteen (15) feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot Numbered Three (3) and running thence West Fourteen (14) feet to the Northwest corner of grantors’ lot; thence South Twelve (12) feet; thence Northeasterly in a direct line to the Place of Beginning.

 

The Subject Real Estate is Commonly Known as: 506 W Pennsylvania Street, Rockville, IN 47872

Therefore, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint and that unless Defendant files an answer within (30) days of the last publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered against said Defendant for the relief sought in the Complaint.
