Roger V. Goggins, 81, of Rockville, passed away at 6:37 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2020, at his residence.

Services will be held at 7 p.m., today, Wednesday, March 4, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville, with Celebrant Marta K. Adubato officiating. Visitation will be held today, (Wednesday) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at Highland Park Cemetery in Fort Wayne.
