TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTTE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1908-MF-000316 wherein United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, its successors and assigns, United States Department of Agriculture was Plaintiff, and Christina E Games, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of March, 2020, at the hour of 1:30 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 W. Strawberry Rd., Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

100 FEET OFF THE WEST END OF LOT NO. 98 IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PRESENT CEMENT SIDEWALK RUNNING ACROSS THE WEST END OF SAID LOT 98 WHERE SAID SIDEWALK INTERSECTS THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT NO. 98; THENCE EAST ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 64 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE WEST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 100 FEET TO THE WEST SIDE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED SIDEWALK; THENCE NORTH 64 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
