NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of certified copies of a Default Judgment Order and Decree of Foreclosure directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1901-MF-000035, wherein AdvantagePlus of Indiana Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Matthew S. Pruiett is the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Default Judgment Order and Decree of Foreclosure with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on March 19, 2020, at 1:30p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the office of the Sheriff of Parke County, 457 Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana:
A part of Lots Number Eight-Five (85) and Eight-Six (86) in Ephraim Doty’s Addition to the Town of Rosedale, Parke County, Indiana to-wit: Fifty-nine and one-half (59 ½) feet off the North side of said Lot Number Eighty-Five (85) and six (6) inches off the South side of Lot Number Eighty-Six (86).
More commonly known as 127 South Main Street, Rosedale, IN 47874.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
