NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1907-MF-000230, wherein Regions Bank successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, NA was plaintiff, and Robert A. Stevens was the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Parke County, Indiana:
A part of the North Half of Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 7 West of the Second Principal Meridian, more particularly described, to-wit: Commencing at a concrete corner post marking the Southwest corner of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 7 West; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 43 seconds West 29.35 feet with the South line of a 62.00 acre tract as described in Deed 108, page 83, in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana; thence North 01 degrees 59 minutes 41 seconds West 1410.84 feet with the West line of said 62.00 acre tract to a 5/8 inch rebar and the true point of beginning of the real estate herein described; thence North 01 degree 59 minutes 41 seconds West 438.68 feet to a wood corner post marking the Northwest corner of said 62.00 acre tract; thence East 429.64 feet with the North line of said 62.00 acre tract to a 5/8 inch rebar in the centerline of a county road; thence with the centerline of said county road South 47 degrees 51 minutes 56 seconds East 14.26 feet to a PK Nail; thence South 61 degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds East 163.94 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence South 57 degrees 29 minutes 51 seconds East 275.00 feet to a railroad spike; thence leaving the centerline of the aforesaid county road South 37 degrees 07 minutes 35 seconds West 226.48 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar; thence South 88 degrees 00 minutes 19 seconds West 665.11 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.59 acres, more or less.
