NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Parke Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1907-MF-000243 wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of David B. Capps, Deceased was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51 in Goff’s Second Addition to the Town of Mecca, Parke County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 4914 W Brown St, Mecca, IN 47860-8008
