School Bus Bodies and Chassis
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Clay Community Schools, Clay and Parke Counties, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for up to three (3) 78 Passenger and/or three (3) sixty-six (66) passenger buses. Bus bodies and chassis and two (2) 48 Passenger Special Needs Buses W/Wheelchair capacity body and chassis.
Bids will be received at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, Administration
Building, Brazil, Indiana, until Thursday, December 12, 2019, prevailing local time, at 2:00 pm for school bus bodies and chassis. Bids received after the designated time will be returned to the sender unopened.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the title of the bid and shall clearly show the name of the bidder. Non-Collusion affidavit must be executed. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to Clay Community Schools per specifications, if requested in specifications.

The Board of School Trustees of the Clay Community Schools, reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities.
