NOTICE TO SUPPLY DEALERS
Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Parke County, Indiana that on Monday, December 2, 2019 up to the hour of 3:30 P.M., Local Time, sealed bids will be received for the 2020 calendar year and will be awarded January 6, 2020 at 4:00 P.M., Local Time for the following:
20-1 Bituminous Materials for the Highway Department.
20-2 Tires and Tubes to be used by all County Departments except the Sheriff’s Department
20-3 Liquid Petroleum Products, Unleaded Gasoline, Diesel Fuel Off Road, Diesel Fuel On Road, Diesel Exhaust Fluid to be used by all County Departments.
20-4 Oil and Grease Products for the County Departments.
20-5 Washed Gravel and Crushed Stone to be used by the County Highway Department.
20-6 Culverts and Bridge Materials, Metal Culvert Pipes, Dual Wall Plastic Corrugated Culvert Pipe, Prestressed Concrete Bridge Beams, Concrete Bridge Packages, Laminated Timber Deck Panels, and Treated Timber Bridge Package to be used by the County Highway Department.
20-7 Repair Parts (except Tires, Tubes) for all County Departments.
An escalator clause will be accepted on the following classes where they are concerned with Oils, Gasoline and Diesel Fuels and Unleaded Fuel, Bituminous Materials and Oil and Grease.
No bids will be received different from the specifications on file in the Auditor’s Office.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check equal to the amount of 5 percent of the bid.
All bids must be on Bid Submittal Forms and attached to State Form 95. Bids must be accompanied with a non-collusion affidavit.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
