I, Joshua Helton, will petition the Parke Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance of use on November 21, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., at the Parke County Extension Office meeting room, located at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, Indiana. Variance would apply to property located at 7128 W. 9th St., Rosedale, IN 47874 and is residential permanent (RP). Pettion requesting variance for a gym and fitness business on site in an existing out building. A copy of the application will be available at the Parke County Plan Commission office at 116 W. High St., Room 105, Rockville, Indiana for inspection. Written objections can be filed in the Plan Commission office. Oral objections will be heard at the meeting on November 21, 2019. The hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
