NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of Entry of Judgment to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1901-MF-000005 wherein SFA Commercial, LLC was Plaintiff, and Eric Gaudio, EJ Development LLC, and JLO Investments, LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs. I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 19 day of September, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. of said day, at the Parke Co. Sheriff’s Office, 458 W. Strawberry Road, Rockville, Indiana 47872 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana with the following legal description:
