Robert Gene Foor, 96, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at Hospice House in Bloomington after a brief illness.

A service will be conducted in Rockville, at St. Joseph Catholic Church Saturday, September 7 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Hammond, at St. John’s Cemetery Saturday, September 21 at 10 a.m.
