TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1902-MF-000058 wherein First Financial Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Sally J. Batchelor; and Clover Homes, Inc., were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on September 19, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) and part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), lying North of the center of U.S. Road #41 in Section Six (6), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Eight (8) West, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an existing stone at the northwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, thence North 88 degrees 26 minutes 29 seconds east, along the north line of said Section 6, a distance of 1599.44 feet to a P.K. nail set in the center of U.S. Road #41; thence South 53 degrees 13 minutes West, along the center of said Road, a distance of 1597.00 feet to the point of Curvature of a curve to the right having a 1820 foot radius; thence Southwesterly, along the center of said road and the arc of said curve, a distance of 374.76 feet to a point on the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 6, thence North 00 degrees 04 minutes east, along said west line, a distance of 1104.70 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 20.98 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
