Carl Edwin Thom, 88, of Rockville, passed away peacefully at his home Tuesday, June 18, 2019, with his loving wife by his side.

Graveside services with military honors by Parke County veterans will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 22 at New Discovery Cemetery with Pastor Gene Walls officiating. Burial will follow.
