TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1901-MF-000023 wherein First Financial Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and James Moore, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 18, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of Section Eighteen (18), in Township Fifteen (15) North, of Range Six (6) West more particularly described as follows:

Commencing twenty-four and sixty-eight hundredths (24.68) rods North on the Section line of the Southeast corner of said Section Eighteen (18), thence North following the Section line Four Hundred Forty-six (446) feet for the place of beginning and it being on the North side of the road-way running East and West from State Road Number 59 to the grain bins where now located; thence West three hundred twenty-four (324) feet to a stake; thence North Two Hundred Seven (207) feet to a stake; thence East Three Hundred Twenty-four (324) feet to the East Section line; thence South following the Section line two Hundred Seven (207) feet to the place of beginning; excepting that part used for State Highway Number 59 and the States right-of-way, leaving approximately one and thirty-three hundredths (1.33) acre, more or less.
