NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1710-MF-000409 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Alan F. Milum, AKA Alan Milum, Vincent Milum, Unknown Occupants and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Alonzo Simpson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Alonzo Simpson were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of July, 2019, at the hour of 1:30pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 7 West, more particularly described as follows:

A certain piece of land, 125 feet in length running east and west, by 103 feet lying along and running parallel with the west side of the railroad right-of-way and being out of the northeast corner of the following described tract of land, to-wit: Commencing south 10 degrees 50 minutes east 14 chains and 9-7/12 links from a point 1 chain 95 links east from the northwest corner of Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 7 West; thence North 78 degrees 10 minutes east 3 chains 16 1/4 links; thence south 11 degrees 50 minutes east 106 feet and 4 inches; thence south 78 degrees 11 minutes west 3 chains 16 1/4 links; thence north 11 degrees 50 minutes west 100 feet or to the place of beginning containing 61/100 of an acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
