Janice “Jan” Rae (Foster) Burch, 80, of Tangier, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019, at The Waters of Covington nursing home.

A Celebration of Life Gathering is planned for Sunday, June 16 from noon to 4 p.m. at the family farm, located at 9711 N. County Road 425 W. outside Tangier.
