NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Parke Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1810-MF-000466 wherein State Farm Bank, F.S.B was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Karen S. Myers, Deceased was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of May, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry, Rockville, IN  47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

Lot Numbered Twelve (12) in Block Number One (1), in McCune’s Second Addition to the Town of Rockville, Parke County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 270, in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.

More commonly known as 402 Barton St, Rockville, IN 47872-1606

Parcel No. 61-11-07-305-002.100-002

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
