NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

OF REAL ESTATE

By virtue of a certified copy of Judgment to me directed from the Clerk of the Parke County Circuit Court, wherein BJH, LLC  is Plaintiff and WBG, LLC is Defendant, requiring me to make the sums provided for in said Judgment with interest and costs, I will expose at Public Auction to the highest bidder on May 16, 2019, between the hours of 1:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. of said date at the Sheriff’s Office of said Parke County, Indiana, the following described real estate in Parke County, Indiana:

Lot Number A-Eighteen (A-18) in Crooks Subdivision to the Mansfield Reservoir Project as per plat dated March 1, 1959 and recorded May 23, 1959, in Plat Book 2, Page 49 in the Office of Recorders of Parke County, Indiana. Parcel ID: 61-12-20-402.000-15.

The address of said property is: 2555 S. Annapolis Road, Rockville, IN 47872 together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right to redemption from said sale. Immediately after the sale, I, as Sheriff, will execute and deliver to the purchaser a deed of conveyance for said real estate.
