NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

OF REAL ESTATE

By virtue of a certified copy of Judgment to me directed from the Clerk of the Parke County Circuit Court, wherein BJH, LLC  is Plaintiff and WBG, LLC is Defendant, requiring me to make the sums provided for in said Judgment with interest and costs, I will expose at Public Auction to the highest bidder on May 16, 2019, between the hours of 1:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. of said date at the Sheriff’s Office of said Parke County, Indiana, the following described real estate in Parke County, Indiana:

Lot Number Twenty Six (26) of Lakewood Subdivision, Hollandsburg, Indiana, as per the Recorded Plat in the Office of Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.

 

Lot Number Twenty-Seven (27) of Lakewood Subdivision, being a part of the Southwest quarter of section Nine (9), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range Six (6) West, Parke County, Indiana. Parcel ID (Parcels #2 and #3) 61-12-09-402-021.000-015.

The address of such property is: 760 S. Oak Street, Rockville, IN 47872 together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws and without any right to redemption from said sale. Immediately after the sale, I, as Sheriff, will execute and deliver to the purchaser a deed of conveyance for said real estate.
