Donald Maurice Phipps, 84, of Danville, Indiana and formerly of Mansfield, passed away Friday, March 15, 2019.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Butler Funeral Home, 218 N. College St., Rockville. A private burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, Rockville.
