Replacement of Gymnasium Floor at Clay City Jr./Sr. High School

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Clay Community Schools, Clay and Parke Counties, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the replacement of the main gymnasium floor at Clay City Jr./Sr. High School.

Bids will be received at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, Administration Building, Brazil, Indiana, until Thursday, April 11, 2019, prevailing local time, at 2:00 pm for this project.  Bids received after the designated time will be returned to the sender unopened.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the title of the bid and shall clearly show the name of the bidder.  Non-Collusion affidavit must be executed.  Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to Clay Community Schools per specifications, if requested in specifications.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 10:00 am at the project location.  The address for this meeting is 601 North Lankford Street, Clay City, Indiana.  Discussion on project demolition, design, layout and installation dates will be determined.  Questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Michael Howard, Director of Extended Services at howardmi@clay.k12.in.us

The Board of School Trustees of the Clay Community Schools, reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities.
