LYNK SIGNS TO PLAY AT DEPAUW. Parke Heritage senior Ben Lynk (seated, center) signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at DePauw University in Greencastle recently. He is flanked by his parents, Jessica and Gary Lynk; standing in back are grandmother Mary Jo Harney; Parke Heritage Wolves football coach Brian Moore; and grandmother Anne Lynk. As a wide receiver and cornerback for the Wolves this season, Lynk compiled 499 yards on 23 receptions with five touchdowns, plus four interceptions for 33 yards and a touchdown. As the kicker for the Wolves, he booted 46 point-after kicks in 52 attempts and hit seven-of-ten field goal attempts, scoring 67 more points for a total of 103 points scored.
