NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1808-MF-000339 wherein Home Point Financial Corporation successor by merger to Stonegate Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Jason Gleason, were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21 day of March, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 W. Strawberry Rd., Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
