Notice of Annual Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Midland Coop will be called to order at 9:00am on Monday, January 7, 2019, at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds, 1900 E. Main St., South Hall, Danville, Indiana for the following purposes:
- To present reports from Management and the Board of Directors as well as a Financial Review of 2018 business.
- To elect Directors. The following are named as nominees by the Nominating Committee:
Director 4: Kim Ames vs. Clayton McCammack
Kim Ames is a life-long corn and soybean farmer in Fillmore, Putnam County, Indiana. He is a member of Midland Co-op Board of Directors, Co-Alliance LLP Board of Directors, CountryMark Co-op Board and Treasurer of Fillmore United Methodist Church. He earned a B.S. degree from Purdue University in Agricultural Economics.
Clayton McCammack is a 6th generation corn, soybean and wheat farmer in Cloverdale, Putnam County, Indiana. Clayton previously served 9 years on the Putnam/Hendricks County FSA Committee. He earned a B.S. degree from Purdue University in Agricultural Economics.
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.
- To distribute Patronage Checks.
Copies of the agenda, last year’s minutes, candidate bios and year-end financials will be distributed at the meeting or can be obtained from your local branch.
