SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION
TO: Alan F. Milum, AKA Alan Milum and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Alonzo Simpson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Alonzo Simpson:
BE IT KNOWN, that Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Elyssa M. Meade, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Parke Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendants Alan F. Milum, AKA Alan Milum and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Alonzo Simpson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Alonzo Simpson, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, Alan F. Milum, AKA Alan Milum and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Alonzo Simpson and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Alonzo Simpson, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Parke County, State of Indiana, to wit:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 7 West, more particularly described as follows:
A certain piece of land, 125 feet in length running east and west, by 103 feet lying along and running parallel with the west side of the railroad right-of-way and being out of the northeast corner of the following described tract of land, to-wit: Commencing south 10 degrees 50 minutes east 14 chains and 9-7/12 links from a point 1 chain 95 links east from the northwest corner of Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 7 West; thence North 78 degrees 10 minutes east 3 chains 16 1/4 links; thence south 11 degrees 50 minutes east 106 feet and 4 inches; thence south 78 degrees 11 minutes west 3 chains 16 1/4 links; thence north 11 degrees 50 minutes west 100 feet or to the place of beginning containing 61/100 of an acres, more or less.
commonly known as 5086 South Neet Road, Rockville, IN 47872.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
