James H. “Jim” Hobbs, 85, of Marshall, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018, at 10:27 a.m. at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Services will be held Monday, September 10, at 11 a.m. at the Marshall Baptist Church, 209 East Guion Road, Marshall, with visitation one hour before services with the Reverend Bill Dawson officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in Marshall. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville.
